You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Monthly Pro plans: Non-refundable after 7 days. Within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund if you have used less than 10% of your monthly quota.
Annual Pro plans: Full refund within 14 days of initial subscription if you have used less than 10% of your monthly quota. Prorated refund available within the first 3 months (unused months minus a 15% administrative fee).
Top-up minutes: Non-refundable once purchased. Unused minutes expire 12 months after purchase.
Enterprise contracts: Refunds are per contract terms. Standard practice is proration for pre-paid unused time, minus applicable early-termination fees.
If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue via our support team, your account may be suspended pending resolution.
If we fail to meet our uptime SLA (Enterprise only), you may claim service credits per contract terms. General service disruptions on Free and Pro plans do not qualify for refunds.
Email billing@aivoices.in with your account email and reason. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
