These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aivoices.in. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use aivoices.in. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

Generate content that impersonates a real person without their explicit written consent
Create deceptive or fraudulent audio (deepfakes for scams, election interference, etc.)
Generate defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
Violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute our voice models
Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing

Violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

4. Content ownership and license

You retain full ownership of scripts you upload and audio you generate. Paid plans include a commercial license to use generated audio for any lawful purpose including publishing, broadcasting, and sale.

We retain ownership of our voice models, platform, and technology.

5. Payment and billing

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated. GST at 18% is added for Indian customers. Enterprise plans are per contract.

6. Service availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on Free and Pro plans. Enterprise SLAs are per contract with financial remedies.

7. Voice cloning consent

Custom voice cloning requires documented, verifiable consent from the voice owner. Submitting a clone request represents that you have obtained such consent. False representations may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for illegal purposes, or remain inactive for over 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
